Refund and Returns Policy

At Studio Kaafal, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Our policy is simple and designed to be fair, with return windows that vary based on the reason for your request.

Received a Defective or Wrong Item? (5-Day Return Window)

If your product has a manufacturing defect (like a misprint or physical damage) or if we sent you the wrong item, we will take full responsibility.

Timeframe: You have 5 days from the date of delivery to report the issue.
Cost: It’s on us! We will arrange for a reverse pickup and send you a replacement at no extra charge.
Requirement: To help us resolve this quickly, an unboxing video is required to show the defect. Please include it in your email to us.

Wrong Size or Changed Your Mind? (7-Day Return Window)

If you ordered the wrong size or simply wish to return the product for personal reasons, we are happy to help.

Timeframe: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
Eligibility: The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags intact.
Return Shipping Cost: For exchanges or returns due to personal choice, the customer is responsible for the return shipping. A flat fee of ₹100 per product will be deducted from your total refund amount to cover the reverse pickup.
Process: Once we receive the product at our facility and inspect it, we will process your refund. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

How to Start a Return

Email Us: Send an email to support@kaafalmerch.in with your Order ID and the reason for the return. For defective items, please attach the unboxing video.
We’ll Arrange Pickup: You don’t need to ship it yourself. We will arrange for a courier to pick up the product from your address.
Inspection and Refund: Once the item reaches our partner’s facility, it will be inspected. If approved, we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
