Shipping Policy for Kaafal Studio
This policy is based on the services provided by our fulfillment partner, Qikink.
- Order Processing and Fulfillment
- Fulfillment Partner: All orders are printed, packed, and shipped by our trusted print-on-demand partner, Qikink .
- Processing Time: Once you place an order, it enters production. Our standard production time is 1–5 business days, depending on the product and printing complexity .
- Shipping and Delivery
- Shipping Timelines: Once your order is dispatched, the estimated delivery time for orders within India is 2–9 business days. Please note that delivery to certain locations, or delays caused by natural disasters or other unforeseen events, may extend this timeframe .
- Shipping Rates: 1st time shipping is free for all prepaid orders. Shipping charges for COD orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Rates are determined based on the weight of the package and the delivery location.
- International Shipping: We offer international shipping on special requests. Delivery times and costs for international orders vary by location. Please note that you are responsible for any customs duties or taxes levied on international shipments .
- Order Tracking
- You will receive an email with tracking details as soon as your order has been shipped.
- Please be aware that some shipping partners, such as India Post, may have delays in updating their tracking information. We rely on the final updates provided by our shipping partners .
- Incorrect Shipping Information
- It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address.
- If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipment .
- Lost or Damaged Packages

- We will work with our fulfillment partner to address the issue. Compensation for lost or damaged packages is based on the policies of the shipping carrier and is typically limited to the value of the order .
